Work IPA - 5.4% abv
Their first child. Originally developed by Pete and his new flatmates in the Summer of 2015 fresh after leaving his senior brewer position at Camden Town Brewery. Classic Northwest USA hops, with a sturdy malt backbone derived from their signature, carried by a soft ester profile from the Forest Road house ale strain, dry-hopped during active fermentation, then once again immediately before its 3-week maturation and cold-conditioning phase.
Posh Lager - 4.1% abv
The second core beer of the Forest Road family was developed specifically to be an accessible, filtered, all grain lager beer. Brewed with UK Challenger and Kent hop varietals, a subtle cereal malt profile, and cold-fermented prior to its 18 day cold-conditioning cycle.
Buck Pale Lager - 5.1% abv
They say Buck harks back to more innocent times because for this one they used all their favourite things: Decoction. Mittelfruh. Tettnang. Styrian Goldings. The Vengaboys.
Jupiter DIPA - 8.7% abv
When brainstorming for Dry January, they decided to throw NOLO in the bin and brew an 8.7% Double IPA instead. No one cares that it’s 30 g/l of Citra, Centennial, Mosaic and Amarillo… but it is. All you should care about is that Jupiter is a hard, hoppy hit, but it tastes like fruit gums and fresh juice.
