t's Chocolate O'Clock! Not quite one of everything we do - but almost. We've selected sixteen of our favourite recipes across a range of fondants, truffles, caramels and even a jelly and a fudge. With an equal selection of our high-quality, artisan milk and dark chocolates, there's something for everyone to celebrate and share.
Created by artisan Chocolatier Jane Williams, these chocolates are made by hand in small batches, each one hand-decorated and unique. Along with her assistant chocolatier Jenny, they happily spend many hours making truffles, caramels, fondants, jellies and more, coating them in chocolate couverture with an antique ‘enrober’ and packing them in beautiful gift boxes.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Shelf life: 3 months.
Note regarding ‘bloom’ on Pralines (Peanut Butter Praline, Artisan Praline): We make everything as freshly as possible, but in time, the natural oils in nuts will occasionally migrate to the surface of the chocolates. In some cases this may cause a slight ‘greying’ of the base, or the side surface, of any pralines. This is unavoidable with fresh ingredients. It doesn’t affect the taste, and is not a sign of the chocolate going off.
