This is a unique mayonnaise which uses free-range eggs and locally sourced extra virgin rapeseed oil. The cold-pressed rapeseed oil produces a luxuriously smooth and creamy mayonnaise, which is expertly infused with the highest quality black truffles (Tuber Aestivum).
What does it taste like?
Rich and creamy texture with a mellow, savoury black truffle taste. Good depth of flavour.
How should I use it?
Straight from the jar just like you would with a regular mayonnaise. We recommend using it to add a touch of luxury to your chips, or simply spread it on your favourite sandwich. If you’re feeling adventurous, try using it as a base for marie rose, tartar, thousand island dressing or rémoulade sauces.
