Real Veg Stock by 9 Meals from Anarchy

In 2013 Thomas Whitley and Matthew Smee started to grow high quality organic produce in Cheshire and deliver incredible veg to local customers as well as great restaurants like The Chef's Table in Chester. 

From nothing, to a greenhouse, to a field, to Oakcroft, and beyond; it's been some journey. Along the way, someone asked why the veg stocks available weren't made mostly with veg. No one knew; so they resolved to do better. The result is 9 Meals From Anarchy.

The universal. A big hit of flavour elevating everything else around it.

Ingredients: Organic Vegetables (Onions, Carrot, Celery, Leek, Fennel, Parsley, Garlic). Salt. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Organic Tumeric. Organic Black Pepper.

Garden Herb
A delicious mix combining the depth of hardier cooking along with the freshness of softer varieties.

Ingredients: Organic Vegetables (Onion, Celery, Carrot, Parsley, Sage, Dried Oregano, Dried Thyme, Garlic). Salt. Water.

Umami
Savoury moreishness and that lovely rich base note that makes all the best foods so good.

Ingredients: Organic Vegetables (Tomato, Mushroom, Onion, Celery, Carrot, Garlic). Salt. Tamari (Water, Organic Soybeans, Salt). Organic Balsamic Vinegar.
