Aromatic rosemary is a lovely savoury addition to the flavour of these Lingue, which are highly enjoyable for antipasto snacking and make a perfect complement to cheese.
These artisan Italian Lingue are crackers as nature intended. The dough is made with the simplest authentic ingredients, rolled out by hand, then baked to a deliciously thin, golden crispiness.
