Based on traditional Lincolnshire recipes, this dry-cured sausage is dark and savoury. Garlic-heavy with hints of dried fruit and sage, this moreish British treat is finished with Kernel Brewery’s Export Stout.
Named for the stone statue to be found in the Lincoln Cathedral, ostensibly a wicked Imp turned to stone by an Angel, we think our version is just as diabolically good.
