Round and rosy-hued hand-picked olives that are full of flavour with a delicate, crisp flesh that comes off the stone easily. Rosate di Bitetto are an olive variety unique to the Conca di Bari region in Puglia and the ultimate aperitivo olives.
Cured in salt using the traditional slow method, preserved in brine.
Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, keep olives covered by the brine, refrigerate and enjoy within seven days.
