TASTING NOTE Purple young colour, very fruity, red berries blended with some herbs on the nose, easy entrance and light weight on the middle palate. Great wine to have by itself or with light meals

VITICULTURE Vineyard is 35 years old / Planted on non-grafted rootstocks. The density of plantation is ideal for Merlot, 2 m * 1 m (5000 plants per Ha). Irrigation is by hand in the traditional flooding style, twice a year.

VINIFICATION • Manual harvested • Destemmed • Wild yeast fermentation • Ambient ferment • Maceration of 12 days • Nature of maturation – Stainless steel tank • Malo in tank • Filtration – due to this being a young wine release quickly, the wine was filtered gently • No fining, suitable for vegans • Limited - 35 ppm of total Sulphur
