We simply love blueberries. That’s why we’ve chucked handfuls of them into our Blueberry & Vanilla Muffin Mix and some natural vanilla flavour too for good measure. As you’d expect from us, this muffin mix creates muffins that are light, moist and very tasty.

You will need: baking tray, 6-8 paper cases, 1 medium egg, 60ml water, 100ml vegetable oil
