• Instructions from Goat Rodeo Goods: Parboil your potatoes, drain, shake, generously, scatter the seasoning over them, shake again. Roast in a preheated tray of hot oil or Goose fat at 200C for 25 minutes. (Shake again halfway through). Turn down your heat to 180C and bake for approximately another 30 minutes until golden brown

• Made in small batches by hand in the wild West of Stirlingshire, Scotland
