We are so proud to stock British pasta. The Yorkshire Pasta Company only use water and locally milled wheat flour, of which 70% is grown right near them in Yorkshire, Humberside and Lincolnshire.
Using Bronze drawn for texture, and slowly dried overnight to allow the dough to gently mature and develop flavour
Each piece of pasta has a wonderfully rough surface – allowing them to cuddle and absorb sauces, creating beautiful, cohesive dishes of food.
Plus the pouches are completely plastic-free, very rare for packaged pasta! Simply pop the paper bags in your recycling bin.
