A fresh, clean style with lovely textured mouthfeel and tropical notes with passion fruit and melon. An easy drinker, crowd pleaser, glass clinker. #
The grapes were 100% whole bunch pressed and the juice transferred to stainless steel. We then inoculated the juice with 2 yeast strains, one New-World, one Old World. Post fermentation the wine is kept on lees in tank and given very light batonnage. Kyra is then filtered. No malolactic on this wine.
