Fil produces Shatta, the traditional Palestinian chilli condiment. Originating from Gaza, Shatta can be found next to salt, pepper and olive oil on most Palestinian dining tables. With recipes passed down through generations, we struggled to find a fresh, high-quality Shatta anywhere in Europe, so, we took matters into our own hands.
