Gabernik 23 Merlot traditional method sparkling 2018 11%

A traditional method sparkling made from a small parcel of Merlot grapes that were previous used for heavily oaked reds. Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel followed by ageing in fibre glass for seven months. Bottled for its second fermentation and aged on lees with regular riddling for 30 months. Disgorged, with five grams of dosage.
