Stockwell Sunshine Hot Sauce

This stunner is a bright, pineapple based sauce on the milder side of the spectrum. It’s meant to be level one… might have turned into a level two, I can never tell anyway! What I do know, is it’s fruity, fresh and has a tickle of heat from some yellow habaneros which leads into the warm embrace of turmeric, ginger and some aromatics.

Banging with pizza, fabulous on fish and won’t go amiss with a spot of cheese Gromit.
