Mei Mei Extra Hot Chilli Sauce

All the bold flavour of our classic House Chilli, now turned up to eleven. This extra spicy version brings in fiery bird’s eye chillies for those who like their sauce with serious heat. It’s still fresh, zingy, and garlicky – just with a devilish little kick that builds with every bite. Stir into stock and lime juice for a traditional chicken rice chilli, or take it wild on pizza, eggs, or even a spicy margarita rim. Warning: not for the faint of tongue.

Red Chilli (47%), Garlic Puree, Sugar, Birds Eye Chilli (12%), Rice Vinegar, Cayenne Pepper Puree, Salt, Lime Concentrate, Avocado Oil, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum
