If you thought honey couldn’t bite back, think again. Our chef had the wild idea to fuse luscious golden honey with fiery chillies and our Singaporean chilli sauce, and Hot Honey was born. One sticky drizzle delivers floral sweetness on the tongue, followed by a warm chilli tingle that lingers just enough.

In our three-step range, this is the balancer. It softens spice, lifts savoury flavours and adds harmony to whatever you are cooking. Brush it over crispy fried chicken, perk up pepperoni pizza, glaze roast meats or drizzle over a cheese board. We love it on buttery crumpets and even shaken into cocktails. Indulgent yet mischievous, this golden potion doesn’t just sweeten, it transforms every dish into a flavour adventure

Ingredients: Honey (90%), Chilli Sauce (6%) (Red Chilli, Garlic Puree, Sugar, Rice Vinegar, Cayenne Pepper Puree, Salt, Lime Concentrate, Avocado Oil), Rice Vinegar, Chilli Flakes, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum.

Stir before use. Once opened, store in a cool dark place. Note: If refrigerated, honey may crystallise.
