A wine made by Crystal Palace Wine Club! In collaboration with a fantastic Spanish winemaker we have produced this light red made from the ultra-rare grape variety Royal. Produced in Utiel-Requena, east coast of Spain, this is fun and super unusual. 

Pairing: beetroot or mushroom dishes.
