Peach & Sea Buckthorn preserve
We use a delicate peach base to allow the unique flavour of sea buckthorn to shine through in this bright, sunny marmalade.
Create an epic summer salad by studding this preserve through a bed of foraged leaves and topping with pan fried halloumi and toasted pitta.
Growing on thorny shrubs alongside coastal paths, Sea Buckthorn berries have a tropical flavour profile, a little like a tart apricot. An antioxidant powerhouse, these luminous orange berries are stuffed with over 190 different micro-nutrients, vitamins, minerals, omega oils and polyphenols.

Pear & Wildflower preserve
Mellow, warm camomile, fragrant pear and earthy sweet honeysuckle make for a preserve which is fresh, floral and complex with warm honey flavours.
We love this preserve spread thick on warm bruschetta, dotted with creamy blue cheese.
Honeysuckle grows on long, twisting vines which explode with creamy, rose blushed flower heads in the summertime. The flowerheads offer an anti-inflammatory powerhouse of nutritional benefits which have been used in Chinese medicine for centuries.

Pear, white grape concentrate, lemon, camomile, honeysuckle.
Cherry, Blueberry & Vanilla Preserve
Dark sweet berries and cherries from the Cornish fields and hedgerows with a delicate touch of vanilla.
Beautiful marbled through Greek yoghurt or baked in flaky pastry with an oozy French cheese.
Blueberries fill the hedgerows from summer onwards and can be harvested well into the autumn months. These berries are packed with prebiotics, vitamins and phytochemicals (which attack cancer forming free radicals in the body).

White grape concentrate, blueberries, blackberries, cherries, strawberries, currants, lemon, vanilla.
